Our members work together to meet the growing demand for healthy, sustainable food in the Cowichan region. Our staff aggregate and distribute customer orders each week to bring fresh, locally grown and produced food straight to you!

Ordering from Cow-op.ca helps to build and support our local food culture and our farming community, preserving our precious agricultural land for future use.
