We are a family-run, local coffee roastery with a strong commitment to adding value to our community. Our roastery is on our property and is one of my favourite places to be. Our kiddos (ages 4 and 6) love to come in and help while I'm roasting - which usually means colouring beside me and keeping me company :) My husband is our co-coffee taster and is an incredible support. I cannot leave out our amazing dog, Jax, who offers all of the snuggles necessary to relax after a productive day in the roastery.

We offer curbside pick-up at our farmstand (when ordered ahead through our website to allow us time to roast your order fresh).

Our coffee is roasted fresh every week to ensure you are receiving the absolute best coffee beans. We purchase our green coffee beans from suppliers who demonstrate a strong commitment to ethically sourcing these beans and who provide a positive impact from farm to cup. These suppliers pay a premium to source ethical coffee that benefits the producers, their hard-working employees, and the surrounding community. Relationships are built with each and every coffee plantation to ensure these values are being upheld.

We roast our artisanal coffee beans on a fluid-bed roaster which is different than the typical drum roaster used at most roasteries. Fluid-bed roaster work by pumping very hot air into the roaster which envelopes each bean and provides an even roast and prevents scorching. Drum roasters roast beans by heating the outer drum and roasting the beans as they come in contact with the drum. We are a micro-roastery as we only roast 3-5lbs of green beans at a time to ensure the quality of each and every bag.
