About Us
Our vision as stewards of this land is to maintain an economically and ecologically viable farm with as much diversity as we can manage.
We also feel a responsibility to preserve the heritage of the property. As one of the original farming properties in the area, with a farmhouse built in 1895, we want to honour the purpose for which this property was initially developed in the early 20th century.
While our fields are primarily used for hay, we maintain a large market garden providing food and flowers for our customers. We also raise chickens for both eggs and meat, beef cows, and plan to add ducks and pigs to our farm in the near future!
We believe that all animals, whether pets or livestock, deserve happy and beautiful lives and we strive to ensure all of our animals live out their days in health and happiness. We also believe that happy animals provide the best meat to nourish you and your family.
