Forest for Dinner, founded by CĂ©lia Auclair and Benjamin Patarin, brings the wild flavors of Vancouver Island to your table. Since 2015, we've specialized in sustainably harvesting wild mushrooms, greens, berries, and spices, transforming them into high-quality fresh, frozen, dried, and preserved products.
